During these sessions we will get a huge jump to the offseason.

Two Times or Three Times a day training sessions. We will get stronger, faster, and better. Weight lifting and athletic explosion will be the primary purpose of these sessions. However one session a day will dedication solely to developing basketball skills.

Elijah has perfected this curriculum during the Summers and has come up w/ a condensed version for athletes during Spring Break. This could be the difference from getting a scholarship offer this summer or not.
