If you need to make a huge jump in skill during one summer. Coach Elijah Knox has perfected this summer curriculum.

  • With weight training, agility, and vertical jump work in the morning.
  • Film breakdown, skill, and drill work in the afternoon.
  • Then working towards getting up over 1,000 shots during the evening.

If you need to start getting high school/college scout interest, this is the program you need to be a part of this summer. This will guarantee you more playing time. Summer packet will be filled out every day to track progress. Test outs and other metric tracking will be tracked as well. 12 week program.

Starting in May with dates through August.
